www.agroparts.ro is an information and catalog site. It presents the Emmark UK engine-parts range we import and distribute, with OEM cross-reference data and fitment information. The site does not display prices, does not take payments and does not conclude orders.

Orders and commercial terms are handled separately: resellers through the B2B platform at b2b.agroparts.ro, other enquiries by direct agreement with our team.

Catalog and cross-reference data

Cross-reference codes, engine and machine fitment shown in the catalog are provided for identification purposes. Engine build variants differ, so we confirm every part against the engine number or OEM code before an order is placed. Do not purchase or fit a part based on catalog data alone.

Warranty and returns

Parts we supply carry a 12-month warranty and a 365-day return window, under the commercial terms agreed at the time of the order.

Intellectual property

The content of this site (text, photographs, catalog structure) belongs to Agroparts Distribuție SRL. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to indicate parts compatibility. Agroparts is not affiliated with these manufacturers.

Liability

We keep the information on this site accurate to the best of our knowledge and update it regularly. We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of catalog information without confirmation from our team.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Romania.
